The Young Artists Ensemble has announced auditions for the 2008 Teen Summer Musical, "Little Shop of Horrors," with book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, and music by Alan Menken. The musical is based on the 1960s horror film by Roger Corman.

We ask the professors to have each class, as a group (thus each one has a chance to be implied), provided two ideas or poetries before we came to the school. We can work with eight lyrics per workshop. When we arrive, we spend the first 2 days in the classroom (one hour per class) of the animated sessions, the meeting of reflexion and by publishing the ideas/poems students in the lyrics form. We collect the thoughts of the students on the musical model that the lyrics one calls for and while we left the school places us their lyrics in music. The third day we play the songs for the students and let us prepare them for the concert of school which takes place the fourth day.
